We would like to thank Rich Colton for all his help through our home-buying process! He was extremely knowledgeable & helpful through each and every step. Any questions we had were welcomed and answered timely - which was big for us as first time home buyers. Rich went above and beyond to work with our schedule - would like to give a big thank you to him for meeting us in a snow storm to show us our new home! Thank you for everything Rich, it was great working with you!

Richard Colton is a great realtor. We have been working with him for a couple of years, trying to find a property that meets our (long) list of requirements. His goal was not to sell us a house, but to help find us the right house. Rich’s many years of experience has made him very knowledgeable of the local housing market, including rural properties with large amounts of acreage. Rich is polite, honest, and truly has his client’s best interests at heart.

My agent, Richard Colton has everything it takes to satisfy his customers needs. Experience, knowledge, perfect personality, patience and attention to detail and driveI couldn't be happier and recommend him every chance I getI have bought and sold 8 homes....here and in Las Vegas NV, so I have very good concept of the perfect realtor and Richard is it!!!

In situations that are unfamiliar and a bit intimidating such as in a real estate transaction, it's a great comfort to have someone to set your mind at ease.........Rich did that. Rich's knowledge and calm demeanor certainly helped make me feel comfortable! He came highly recommended as "the only realtor I would trust" from a friend and neighbor: their assessment was accurate.
